TellMyCRM lets your sales team update and query your own CRM by messaging (WhatsApp, Slack, Microsoft Teams). It connects to your CRM with the permissions you grant and acts only on the instructions of your verified users.
Use TellMyCRM only with CRM systems and phone numbers you are entitled to use, and only for lawful business purposes. Do not attempt to access another organisation's data, probe the service for weaknesses, or resell it without our written agreement.
Every seat includes unlimited messages and questions and is intended for normal working use. Fair use applies; in the unlikely event a pattern of use affects the service for others, we will talk to you before it ever affects you.
We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update the service, and we will not remove core functionality you have paid for during a paid period. Support is by email at support@tellmycrm.com.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law. Otherwise, our total liability in any twelve month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Your CRM remains your system of record and you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of it through your CRM provider.
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. We can suspend or end the service for breach of these terms or non-payment, with notice where practical. On closure we delete your account data as described in the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If we make material changes to these terms we will give you at least thirty days' notice by email.
