Ask your AI assistant about your deals.
Connect TellMyCRM to the Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Grok or Gemini your team already uses. Your CRM’s own connector gives the assistant what was typed into the CRM. TellMyCRM gives it the whole story of every deal: the full email history, what was said in meetings, how the deal has moved, what wins at your company, and everything in your knowledge base.
The answer is worked out, not guessed.
When you ask your assistant about your pipeline, the assistant asks TellMyCRM. TellMyCRM works the answer out from your CRM, your emails and your meetings, and hands back the figures and the deals behind them.
So the numbers in your chat are the same numbers as your Monday report and your board pack.
What is at risk this month?

Carrow is the one to call first: it is the biggest, and the customer has slowed down twice.
Your CRM’s connector gives the assistant your data. TellMyCRM gives it the whole story.
HubSpot, Salesforce and the others have their own connectors for AI assistants. They hand the assistant what was typed into the CRM: a stage, a value, a close date, the odd note. Most of what decides a deal never gets typed in. It is in the emails, the meetings and how the deal has moved. TellMyCRM reads all of that for every deal, and works out what it means.
With only what was typed into the CRM, the assistant has to guess what is going on. With TellMyCRM, it reads the deal the way your best sales manager would. Reading the emails and meetings themselves is part of Pro. Works with HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Pipedrive and Zoho.
Not just answers. Finished work.
Each of these is one sentence in your chat. Your assistant does the writing. TellMyCRM supplies the facts on the deal, your knowledge base, your documents and your approved answers. So the proposal quotes your real products and case studies, not something the assistant made up.
Move a deal forward
“Help me progress the Acme renewal.” Everything on the deal, fresh research on the company, the next three moves and an email ready to send.
Build an account plan
“Build me an account plan for Acme.” Every deal with them, who you know and who you don’t, and a 90-day plan with dates and owners.
Write a proposal
“Write a proposal for the Acme renewal.” From your proposal library, in the style of your own past proposals, matched to what the customer said they need.
Build a pitch deck
“Build a pitch deck for Acme in our template.” Your PowerPoint template, your colours and fonts, filled from the deal.
Answer a tender
“Complete the tender for the Leeds deal.” From your tender library of approved answers, with the questions it could not answer listed for you. With Claude in Chrome it fills in the buyer’s online portal too, and never presses submit.
Report on last month
“Build a report on last month’s performance.” A document, a PDF or a slide deck in your template, with every figure from TellMyCRM. How →
Your knowledge base, proposals and tenders, in the chat.
TellMyCRM keeps three libraries for your company, and your assistant uses all three whenever they answer about a deal or write for a customer.
If none of them has the answer, the assistant is told so, rather than guessing. A rep’s private notes stay private to that rep.
Gail at Acme asks if the annual plan covers the new Leeds office. Does it?
Used TellMyCRM · search knowledge
Yes. The annual plan covers setting up up to 10 people, so the Leeds office is included if the team stays within that.
Company knowledge
Your website, products, prices, case studies and policies. When a rep answers a customer question once, the answer is kept for the whole team.
Proposal library
Your past proposals, uploaded once. Ask for a new one and the assistant writes it in the style of your best recent proposal, filled with what this customer told you and the case studies that fit them.
Tender library
The answers your company has approved from past tenders, with the certificates and evidence behind them. A new tender is answered from those, adapted to the buyer, with expired certificates and unanswered questions listed for you.
Say yes where you are.
Anything you would tell TellMyCRM on WhatsApp works here too: a new deal, a new stage, a new value or close date, won or lost and why, a contact, a next step or a reminder. TellMyCRM reads the change back to you in the same chat, and nothing is written until you say yes. No switching apps.
Every change is recorded with who approved it and when, the same as a YES on WhatsApp, Slack or Teams.

A coaching plan from the deals, kept where your team works.
Ask your assistant “Help me coach Owen this month.” It reads Owen’s won and lost deals beside your best closers’, your sales playbook and the coaching notes already kept for Owen. It writes a plan with the evidence, deal by deal, and the steps for this month.
The plan is saved on Owen’s Coaching page in TellMyCRM, private to you. When you share it, TellMyCRM redrafts it for Owen with colleagues’ names and deals taken out. You edit anything, then share.
Each step has Add to the week. Press it and the step shows in Owen’s tasks, and is checked at your next one-to-one.
Owen, I have put your won and lost deals from the last 12 months next to our best closers. They win 15 of 21. You win 4 of 11. It comes down to two things.
1. Every call ends with a dated next step. Our best closers agreed one on 17 of 21 closed deals. You did on 4 of 11.
2. The customer puts a number on the problem. Our best closers had it agreed on 14 of 21. You had it on 1 of 11.
- Oakfield Plastics: ask what the problem costs them in a year Add to the week
- Trent Valley Tools: agree a dated next step on the next call Add to the week
- Cobb and Wells: book a meeting with the person who signs Add to the week
Build a report on last month’s performance.
Team performance: September
The team won £118,000 against a £100,000 target (118%). Win rate 61%: 11 won, 7 lost.| Person | Won | Lost | Won value |
|---|---|---|---|
| Joe Spicer | 3 | 1 | £42,000 |
| Nina Vasco | 3 | 1 | £36,000 |
| Sarah Jenkins | 3 | 2 | £28,000 |
| Owen Nash | 2 | 3 | £12,000 |
| Team | 11 | 7 | £118,000 |
Last month’s report, in one sentence.
Ask your assistant “Build a report on last month’s performance.” It asks how you want it: a document to share, a Word or PDF file, or a slide deck in your company’s own PowerPoint template. Then it asks what to cover: won and lost, each person against target, what moved in the pipeline, and the coaching behind the numbers.
Every figure comes from TellMyCRM, worked out the same way as your Monday report and board pack. In Claude Cowork, the finished PDF or PowerPoint is saved straight to your folder.
The same rules as everywhere else.
Sees what you see
A sales person sees their own deals. A sales manager sees their team’s. The assistant gets nothing more.
Nothing changes without your yes
Your CRM changes only when you say yes in the chat. Nothing is ever emailed to a customer.
Your sign-in stays with us
Your assistant never sees your password. They get a key that reads only what you can see, lasts an hour and is renewed while you stay connected.
Included in Core and Pro. The assistant runs on your own Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft 365, Grok or Gemini plan. How TellMyCRM handles your data is in our Privacy Policy.
Two minutes, once.
You need a TellMyCRM account with your company’s CRM connected on the Setup page, and a paid Claude, ChatGPT or Grok plan, Microsoft 365 with Copilot, or Gemini Enterprise.

In Gemini
It depends which Google account you use Gemini with.
- A work Google account (Gemini Enterprise). Ask your Google admin to add TellMyCRM once for the company: Manage team, then Connected apps, then Add MCP server. The address is
https://tellmycrm.com/mcp, the name TellMyCRM, and the sign-in OAuth 2.0. Then each person signs in and chooses Allow. - A personal Google account in the US. In Gemini, open Connected Apps, add a custom app, and paste
https://tellmycrm.com/mcp. Sign in and choose Allow. - A personal Google account in the UK or anywhere else. Google does not let you connect TellMyCRM to Gemini yet. Use Claude or ChatGPT instead, or ask TellMyCRM on WhatsApp, Slack or Teams.
In Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Your Microsoft 365 admin adds the TellMyCRM app to Teams for your company. We do this with you.
- Open Copilot on your computer, on the web or in the Microsoft 365 Copilot app on your phone. Choose Agents, then TellMyCRM. Or type @TellMyCRM in the message box.
- Ask your question. If Copilot asks, sign in with your work account and choose Allow.
Ask inside the TellMyCRM agent. Copilot’s ordinary chat does not ask TellMyCRM, so it gives a general answer instead of your deals.
Four tips.
Stop the permission prompts
Most assistants ask before they use each TellMyCRM tool. In Claude, go to Settings, Connectors, TellMyCRM and set the tools to Always allow. ChatGPT has the same setting for each plugin.
Start with “Using TellMyCRM”
Say it at the start of your first question in a chat. The assistant then asks TellMyCRM rather than answering from memory.
Ask like you would ask a colleague
“What is at risk this month?” works better than keywords. Name the deal, the person or the month when you mean one.
Ask a follow-up
“Tell me more about the first one” carries on from the last answer.
