A voice note creates the deal

Back in the car, Dan says what happened. TellMyCRM tells Dan what it will save. Dan replies YES, and the deal, the contact and the note go into your CRM, linked together.

A Teams call is written up Pro

Gail brings in Helen Price, who signs it off. TellMyCRM writes up what was agreed, who does what by when, and their questions. Each action becomes a task on the deal.

Your IT admin turns on one Teams setting, Transcript API access, so TellMyCRM can read your call transcripts. Setup checks it for you and can send them the steps. If it is off, turn on transcription in the call as normal and paste the transcript into the Outlook pane; the write-up, tasks and follow-up work the same.

The follow-up waits in your Drafts Pro

TellMyCRM writes the follow-up email from the meeting, in your style. You check it and send it yourself.

Hi Gail, thanks for today. As agreed, I’ll send the migration plan by the 19th…
In your Drafts. Nothing is sent.
Days later

Gail goes quiet

TellMyCRM sends you one message saying why, with the emails behind it. Reply “chase” and it writes a follow-up for you to send.

Everything above happened because someone talked, emailed or met. That is the whole point.

Set up

Ten minutes to set up.

  1. 01

    Connect your CRM

HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Salesforce or Dynamics 365. One connection for the company.

  2. 02

    Invite your sales people

Each confirms their work email and mobile, and WhatsApp is switched on for them straight away.

  3. 03

Reps talk. The CRM stays up to date.

Emails and meetings are saved to the CRM by themselves. Any change to a deal waits until the rep replies YES.

Included in every plan

A booking link for your email signature.

Customers pick a time when you are free, and the meeting goes into both calendars with the Teams link included.

They choose 30, 45 or 60 minutes, video or phone, and say what it is about. They get two reminders, and can change or cancel it themselves.
