Outlook & Teams · Pro

Your inbox, on the record.

TellMyCRM adds a panel inside Outlook. It saves customer emails to your CRM, writes drafts in your voice from your company’s knowledge and the email history, writes up Teams meetings, and spots a new deal in the email you are reading.

Approved by Microsoft and on Microsoft Marketplace. Outlook for Windows, Mac and the web, with Microsoft 365. Pro, £39: Core £19 plus £20 Outlook & Teams.

“Hi Mira, thanks for coming back to me. Forty seats from the 1st of October is fine on our side. I’ll send the agreement over this afternoon; the only thing I need from you is who it should be addressed to for signature.”Draft, in your voice
What it does

Four jobs, inside Outlook.

Emails saved, without a click

When you send or receive an email, and the other person is in your CRM, the email is saved on their record and their deal. Email with anyone else is not opened. This part is in Core, £19.

Drafts in your voice

TellMyCRM can reply to the email you have open, write a new email, rewrite what you have typed, or forward with a note. Every draft goes into your Drafts folder. TellMyCRM never sends it.

Teams meetings summarised

TellMyCRM writes up what was agreed and who promised what by when. The write-up goes on the deal, every action becomes a task, and the follow-up email waits in your Drafts.

New deals spotted

When an enquiry arrives from someone not yet in your CRM, TellMyCRM spots it. One click creates the contact and the deal. Emails from your own company are never treated as new deals.

Your own material

Drafts that know your company, and theirs.

  1. 01

    What your company knows

Your website and the documents you choose to share, set up once for the whole team.

  2. 02

    The emails so far

What has already been said with this customer, so the draft picks up where the conversation left off.

  3. 03

    The customer’s own website

When a new deal appears in your CRM, TellMyCRM reads the customer’s website, so the draft speaks to their business.

  4. 04

It tells you what it could not answer

Under a draft, TellMyCRM might say: Your material doesn’t cover: delivery times to Ireland. Type the answer once and the whole team has it. Managers can ask “what couldn’t we answer this week?”

What it asks Microsoft for

Three permissions, each asked for only when you first need it.
