Figures you can check

Calculated from your CRM, not written by AI.

Every total shows its deals

Each total adds up from deals you can open in your CRM. When a report mentions deals, it lists all of them, never “and 4 more”.

Two forecast totals

The full total your team talks about, and the total adjusted by each deal’s chance of closing, which your board wants. A deal with no chance of closing set in your CRM is named, and left out of the adjusted total.

Customers who stopped replying

A deal is listed when the customer has not replied for 30 days or more, with the last thing they said. Chasing emails from your own rep don’t count as a reply.

A short summary, checked

Every document opens with a three-sentence summary written by AI, and every figure in it is checked against the document before you see it.

In your AI app

Any report you can describe, in Claude, ChatGPT, Grok or Gemini.

The three documents above cover most weeks. When you need something else, ask your AI app in your own words. TellMyCRM works out every figure, the same way as the Monday report and the board pack. Your AI app only lays them out.

The three documents, in the chat

Ask “What does the Monday report say?” or “Give me the board pack” and the document itself comes back into the chat, with the same figures as the one in your inbox.

“Build a report on last month”

Won and lost, each person against target with their win rate, what moved in the pipeline, and the split by product. You say what to cover.

As a document, a PDF or slides

A document to share, a Word or PDF file, or a slide deck in your company’s own PowerPoint template, with your layouts, colours and logo.

Questions about the figures

“Why is October behind?” “Which deals decide the quarter?” Each answer names the deals behind the number, so you can check it in your CRM.

Both forecast totals

The full value and the value adjusted by each deal’s chance of closing in your CRM. Deals you have called dead are left out and named, so the totals match the board pack.

Built while you get on

In Claude’s Cowork, “Build next month’s board deck” runs in the background, and the finished file is waiting when you come back.
